Welcome Carmella! This stunning 4 year old Belgian Malinois came to us from our friends at Hitchcock Road Animal Services after having been rescued from a challenging backyard breeding situation. Despite her past, Carmella's spirit remains unbroken. A tad shy at first, this sweet soul quickly warms up with a gentle touch and is eager to explore and learn. She is calm for her breed but still requires physical and mental stimulation and understanding of the breed. We're excited to partner with Unchained who has enrolled Carmella in the Canines Teaching Compassion program at Rancho Cielo Youth Campus! Through UnChained, she'll experience transformation, empowerment, and endless love. Carmella is being fostered by a professional dog trainer and trainer for the UnChained youth program! Carmella will complete her training with her youth trainers on December 21, 2023.
