Owen is a 2 year old tuxedo cat with the dreamiest eyes. He is very shy and skittish at first, but once he gains your trust, he's very loving. Owen is calm, gentle, and mellow with the loudest purr. He also makes the yummiest biscuits with his passionate biscuit making skills. Oh, he also has the cutest kitten squeaks! Owen is currently is a loving foster home, patiently waiting for his forever home!
