SPAY & Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP)
Spay and neuter surgeries are expensive! SNAP is a voucher program dedicated to helping pet owners with access to low-cost spay and neuter services. We help pay the cost of the surgery. Please note, there may be a waiting list. SNAP is exclusively available to residents of South Monterey County. ​

Trap, neuter & Return Program (TNR)
Spaying and neutering are essential to improving the lives of feral cats and preventing overpopulation. If you're feeding cats, please reach out for help. This service is exclusively available in South Monterey County communities.

PetSmart Salinas
The Cat Care Team oversees the Adoption Center located inside the PetSmart store in Salinas, CA. Cats and kittens available for adoption stay at the center temporarily until they find their forever homes. Monthly adoption events are also held at this location.
